My aim is not to tell you who you are, but to help you see for yourself.

Here’s more about me...
I am an astrologer, RYT-500 yoga instructor, and facilitator interested in the many ways we come to know ourselves—through the body, through conversation, through the patterns of our lives, and through the questions we return to again and again.
I began studying yoga in 2016, and my practice has continued to unfold through Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and embodied inquiry. I understand yoga not as a workout or a way of becoming someone else, but as a practice of coming home to yourself: learning to listen more closely to sensation, breath, energy, and presence.
My work is also shaped by an ongoing study of Vipassana meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra, and many other global traditions. With more than 500 hours of formal meditation practice, I continue to explore how stillness and embodied attention allows us to meet our own inner guidance, and what I understand as the deeper truth of our being: love. And an inherent movement toward this wholeness.
I bring together astrology, Human Design, yoga, movement, meditation, meridian-based practices, and conversation as different pathways into self-knowledge. I see astrology and Human Design as maps for recognizing patterns and possibilities; the body as a place where those patterns can be felt and met; and conversation as a way of bringing what is beneath the surface into greater clarity.
I started the podcast Closer, Still because I kept asking myself: When do I feel most like myself? And found that answer was in conversation. With the right person, a meaningful conversation doesn’t only connect you to them—it connects you back to yourself.
Closer, Still explores what it means to come closer to ourselves, to one another, and to what lives beneath our words. Most conversations begin with a simple question: What have you been sitting with lately? I believe everyone has a rich inner life—far more moving within us than we are always able to express—and the podcast is a space for exploring that inner life, together.
In all my work, I’m interested in the relationship between the body, the mind, and the larger field of life, as well as the ways these systems move toward balance, adaptation, and renewal. I am preparing to deepen my studies in somatic psychology and therapeutic yoga, with a long-term vision of offering retreats and immersive spaces where movement, astrology, reflection, rest, and conversation can support a more intimate relationship with the self.
Before turning toward astrology, yoga, and embodied inquiry, I studied International Relations. I was drawn to the field through my international upbringing and a deep concern for the suffering of the world, as well as by the relationships between people, cultures, and systems that shape life on a global scale. That perspective continues to inform my work: I understand self-knowledge not as a retreat from the world, but as part of how we learn to relate—with greater awareness, responsibility, and care—to ourselves, one another, and the wider world.
